感謝祭

皆さん、こんにちは！

今日の発表は面白かったですね。私の話すのはちょっと早って、すいません。ちょっと緊張してたから。

もうすぐ感謝祭ですね。皆さんは実家に帰る？私は水曜日にシカゴに帰る。ちょっと久しぶりシカゴに帰るから、とても楽しみしてる。

私、パーティに行きたかったけど、大きいプロジェクトがあったから、行けなかった。ちょっと残念だったね。

でも、カピバラさんは何か祝いをしたかった。カピバラさんのcostumeは何だったか？

みんなさん、こんにちは！

みんなさんはね、日本の番組見る？

私ね、大好きなの。特にドラマ好き。実は、日本に留学前に、バラエティーの番組あまり見なかった。でも、私のホストファミリーは毎週「世界の果てまでイッテQ」という番組見ている。



それでね、私もとてみ好きになった。

イッテQはお笑いさんが世界で色んな所に行って、その国の文化を経験する番組なんだ。

で、イッテQの中で私が一番好きなお笑いさんは宮川大輔さん！



この人は祭りが好きで、世界で色んな国の祭りに参加する。いつも日本的なハッピを着ていて、「ワッショーイ！」と「アカン！」を言っている。

カピバラさんも宮川大輔さんが好きだよ！

epitome of beauty?

in my lit class today, we talked about how sakura are like the epitome of beauty and how beauty is so fleeting, because all the flowers fall off while in the height of bloom (usually within 3-4 days of first bloom) and never turn brown and ugly.

some food for thought...

also sakura related but on a different note, i ate sakura-flavored soft cream (aka soft serve) the other day and it was delicious! =)
